We recently completed a bathroom remodel along with laying new travertine tile on our front porch. Mallory and Chad were very professional and helped us through the design and installation process. Their team of Robert, Dillon, and Matt were very knowledgeable about their work and were very courteous to us as homeowners as they performed daily work. Craftsmanship was excellent throughout the process leaving us with a beautiful project. Dust remediation and housekeeping were handled throughout the process. Our project came in on budget and was completed on a timely schedule. We would definitely recommend Knoxville Tile Installation LLC for any tile project.

When we started our bathroom remodel, we had several contractors to select from and received quotes from many contractors. With all quotes in hand, we decided to go with Knoxville Tile Installation, LLC. From the first contact with Mallory she was so professional, and set up the appointment in a timely manor and would follow up with scheduled time and throughout the entire project! From start date, designing to follow up at the completion! I must say up front, our house was built in 1948, one bathroom house, so we did not have the luxury of another bathroom, and the remodel needed to happen quickly and efficiently, so we could be back in our home. From day one of the remodel, I was amazed with how professional all staff (Chad (owner), Warren (project manager and tile expert) and Dylan (apprentice)) were. They were very respectful of us, our home and our dogs. They kept us informed on the day-to-day projects. This was not an easy remodel, as when they started the demolition, it ended up being a total gut job, shoring up joists and walls due to rot of over 70 plus years. This was beyond what we thought was going to need to be done, and they handled it like champs! With every issue that was encountered we received a call from both Chad and Mallory explaining what needed to be done. They were also mindful of holding costs down to a minimum. What most impressed me, at the end of each day, Warren and Dylan touched base with Chad, letting him know of the progress, and what was to be expected the next day. Clean up each day in our house was top notch! When it finally was time to lay tile, Warren was a true talented and skilled artist. He takes his job seriously. One of his days he spent the entire day rounding edges of tile, over 16 pieces. I was impressed as he was training Dylan, how he explained what he was doing and why. Dylan caught on quickly and by the end of the remodel he was completing the projects! We highly recommend Knoxville Tile Installation, LLC, for any of your tiling needs! Mallory and Chad were great to work with, with easy communication and lots of good ideas. Chui and Warren did a great job with the tile, and made a lot of effort to lay out the tile in a way to get the best effect. Both our bathroom and fireplace turned out great!

Prior to calling Knoxville Tile, I had, quite possibly, the worst tile/contractor experience a person could have. Knoxville tile took pity on my plight, tore out the pathetic job the previous contractor put in, and did a beautiful job installing the new tile. The job site was clean, they arrived when they said they would, the work was outstanding. 10/10, no notes.

I was nervous about having a major remodel done, but Chad, Mallory and their team made it easier, and almost fun. They always showed up on time and did what they said they would do. I’m impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. They’re easy to work with and pricing is fair and straightforward. They transformed a 60-year-old moldy cave of a bathroom with a rotten floor to a luxurious and modern oasis. The entire team has great ideas and are very creative. The design choices included a floating vanity, pocket door, and removing a useless wall to make a tiny bathroom seem a lot larger. Mallory even went to stores with us to help select materials, which was very helpful. If you have decision fatigue about things like this, just show her some pics from Pinterest of what you like, and she will narrow down the huge selection, making the process quicker and less overwhelming. They did such an awesome job that now they are currently working on renovating a second bathroom at our house. Chad, Chris and Chui even managed to make it up my steep driveway with the icy road conditions we’ve recently had. They even worked on the weekend to keep the project on track. I would call them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone.
