Prior to calling Knoxville Tile, I had, quite possibly, the worst tile/contractor experience a person could have. Knoxville tile took pity on my plight, tore out the pathetic job the previous contractor put in, and did a beautiful job installing the new tile. The job site was clean, they arrived when they said they would, the work was outstanding. 10/10, no notes.

I am so thankful that I went with Knoxville Tile Installation. From the first call when Mallory said she'd be over in ten minutes I was blown away. Mallory and Chad are both very professional, extremely pleasant and easy to discuss idea's with. Mallory was very instrumental with creative ideas and suggestions. Chad truly is an artist with an extreme eye for detail. Our complete bathroom remodel was truly remarkable. Their workers Anthony, Chewy and Chris were also extremely detail oriented. I enjoyed dealing with them on a daily basis. They all made a major project seamless. This whole team is based on communication. If they say it.They do it. I was nervous about having a major remodel done, but Chad, Mallory and their team made it easier, and almost fun. They always showed up on time and did what they said they would do. I’m impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. They’re easy to work with and pricing is fair and straightforward. They transformed a 60-year-old moldy cave of a bathroom with a rotten floor to a luxurious and modern oasis. The entire team has great ideas and are very creative. The design choices included a floating vanity, pocket door, and removing a useless wall to make a tiny bathroom seem a lot larger. Mallory even went to stores with us to help select materials, which was very helpful. If you have decision fatigue about things like this, just show her some pics from Pinterest of what you like, and she will narrow down the huge selection, making the process quicker and less overwhelming. They did such an awesome job that now they are currently working on renovating a second bathroom at our house. Chad, Chris and Chui even managed to make it up my steep driveway with the icy road conditions we’ve recently had. They even worked on the weekend to keep the project on track. I would call them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone.

I recently had my bathroom renovated by Mallory and her team – Chris, Anthony, and Chui. Mallory's design exceeded my expectations, and the execution by the team was impeccable. They were not only friendly but also delivered excellent workmanship. Chad stopped by almost daily to check in on the team and their progress and to make sure we were satisfied. I had a rather large exterior patio needing retiled. I was not having much luck finding a tile installer who wanted to do the job. I called Knoxville Tile Installation and Mallory (owner), came to my home the same day to measure the space. She was a pleasure to deal with. Upon receiving the quote, I immediately hired them. Communication between myself, Mallory, and Chad (owner), was wonderful. Work began when they said it would, they were on time every day and stayed the whole day each day they were there. The crew consisted of Chui, Chris, John, and Anthony. They were professional, courteous, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The job was completed before the expected time frame. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. I would hire them again for anything tile related. Chad and Mallory, thank you again.

They did everything that they said they were going to do, showed up when they said they were going to be here, finished an AMAZING job when they said they would -- and cleaned everything up when they were finished! I can't praise them enough for being so professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job and I'll recommend them to friends and family every time moving forward! They even went with me to help pick out the product, picked it up, and called me to make sure I was happy with the job! Not only was I happy with the job, but I'm happy with the price as well! Any home remodel can be a stressful experience no matter what the project may entail. Decisions must be made concerning materials you wish to incorporate, they are loud and messy at times and there are crews practically living in your home. However the folks at Knox Tile Installation did an exceptional job making our recent bath remodel a very smooth endeavor. With a few photos of styles we preferred, Mallory met us at a couple local tile shops to help guide us through the overwhelming selection. Appreciated the tips and suggestions she shared along the way. Through a process of elimination, we quickly had all wall and floor tile picked out and were ready to begin (take advantage of this complimentary service....will save loads of time!). On the start date their crew arrived promptly in the morning, introduced themselves, explained their tasks for the day and after laying down drop cloths to protect floors, off they went. John was the lead for this project....very friendly, professional and skilled. Before he wrapped up each day, he would give us a quick summary of progress they had made and cleaned up the site. During the install, appreciated how they took the extra steps to make improvements as they went. John and Chad would discover "shortcuts" such as some of the plumbing connections the builder had taken during original construction that weren't exactly ideal. Our project completed on time, quality of the craftsmanship was top notch and our bath is now one of the nicest rooms in the house! We expect it to be one of the many selling points of our home should we ever sell. As for cost of the project, Knox Tile Installation is not the lowest BUT they are well worth the add'l investment for the quality and level of service they provide....which is very hard to find. We are so pleased we have hired them to take on our master bath in the coming weeks. Highly recommend.
